Problem:
A customer experienced an issue where their laptop could not detect the VXDIAG VCX NANO GM license in VX Manager. Additionally, the GM GDS2 driver was not visible either. Despite attempts to update the firmware and renew the license, the issue persisted. The customer was using a Windows 10 Home system.
Solution:
It was determined that VXDIAG software does not function properly on the Windows 10 Home edition. Users are advised not to install VX Manager or VXDIAG software on a Windows Home system.
The recommended solution is to switch to another laptop with a different operating system version and try again.
