Resolving VXDIAG VCX SE BMW ISTA 4.46 Vehicle Connectivity Issue

Problem:

I have updated the firmware and license for the VXDIAG VCX SE, but still cannot communicate with the vehicle. The software version is ISTA+ 4.46.21. What are the possible solutions?

Possible solutions from vxdiag.com:

ISTA 4.46 requires the latest BMW driver.

Update the BMW ICOM driver in VX Manager.

Update the BMW ICOM driver in VX Manager
