VCX devices continuously optimize performance and add new features through firmware updates. Please ensure that your device's firmware is always up to date!
Connect the Device
It is recommended to use a wired connection (USB or LAN) when upgrading the firmware. Please refer to the device connection configuration to connect the device to your computer.
Note:
- If the device cannot be connected to a vehicle, it can be powered via USB.
- Some USB ports on computers may not provide sufficient power, leading to unstable connections with the VCX device. In such cases, the device must be powered through the OBD port.

Start [VX Manager]

Click [Device Manager]

Click [Information]

Click [Firmware]

Click [Upgrade] to upgrade the firmware. During the upgrade, do not disconnect the VXDIAG from the connected PC.

After the update is complete and the update dialog box is closed, the updated firmware version will be displayed in the [Device Information] section of VX Manager.
