Problem:
I installed the Renault Clip V219 software, but the VXDIAG VCX SE unit cannot communicate with the vehicle. It says the license has expired and prompts to update the VCI.
Solution:
The Renault license is not activated.
Go to the License section and check if the Renault license is activated.
Purchase the Renault license here: VXDIAG for Renault License.
Provide your VCX SE or VCX PLUS serial number to activate the license.
