Possible Solutions:
Uninstall and reinstall the Volvo driver in VX Manager.
Connect your device, open VX Manager, click on DIAGNOSTIC, and install PASSTHRU (ensure you have an internet connection). After installation, VXdiag should appear in VIDA.
If the issue persists, uninstall VX Manager, reinstall it, and then reinstall the Volvo and PASSTHRU drivers.
