Customer Inquiry:
ISTA+ 4.39 did not detect the VXDIAG VCX SE BMW VCI device. I tried to update the firmware in VX Manager, but it shows "Update License Failed, Error 4001." What is the solution?

Solution:
Go to the Diagnostic tab, uninstall and reinstall the BMW ICOM driver.
Then update the firmware and license in VX Manager again.
