VXDIAG PSA Diagbox Fails to Load SDK DLL

Issue:

After installing the PSA VCI driver, the system fails to detect the VCX SE device and reports the error "Load SDK dll failed."

Solution:

1. Uninstall and reinstall the PSA VCI driver management tool.
2. Ensure that the PSA driver is installed separately from other drivers.
3. Run the PSA VCI driver to confirm the device is properly connected.
4. Once the connection is confirmed, launch the Diagbox software from the desktop.
