I don't know if the hardware is any good because the software is such a nightmare that I haven't been able to use it, one of the worst purchases I have ever made.
I am very satisfied with my order. I placed it on March 16, 2026, and it arrived on March 31, 2026, which is quite fast. The quality of the product met my expectations, and everything was in great condition. Overall, a smooth and reliable experience.
The pros, the device works great once setup. I programmed keys and diagnosed an ABS light on my 07 Grand Prix, immediately paying for the device twofold compared to a dealer. The cons, setup is a nightmare. I had to acquire an old, windows 7 32 bit laptop for the software. I also had to make modifications to the config files and shortcuts, which was not an easy process. However, this was to be expected and after finally getting the software working, I'm extremely pleased with the product.

Regarding the Tech2Win software: according to GM's official recommendations, since Tech2Win was released a long time ago and has not been updated, it is only officially supported on Windows 7 32-bit. Other operating systems may cause errors. Please use a compatible system accordingly.
