Excellent quality, easy to use, great value for money. Tried for Opel and Peugeot, works great. However, note that official car manufacturer diagnostic software is needed and has to be installed on the computer to use the product. When asked, they provide free diagnostic software package for testing purposes. Customer service is a bit slow, but indeed helpful.

Es funktioniert einwandfrei. Man muss sich genau an die Installationroutine halten. Zuerst den VX Manager nutzen und Firmware und Lizenz auf neusten Stand bringen. Danach den VX Recovery nutzen und den VXC-SE auf gleichen Stand bringen. d.h. das Datum von Xentry muss mit dem Datum dem VXC-SE übereinstimmen. Also oben im Fenster von VX Recovery muss das gleiche Datum wie mitte in Feld links stehen. Das erreicht man indem man im VX Manager unter Lizenzen auf Benz klickt und aktualisiert. Dann passt das Datum. Und danach funktioniert das Gerät bei alten bis topaktuellen Benzens. Sehr gut.

After trying all the cheap MVCI alternatives on ebay and Amazon and not getting all the Techstream features, I purchased this one and every option works with issues. Should have purchased this a long time ago and saved all the headaches. Using this for my 2013 Lexus RX350 and 2021 Lexus ES 350
