He downloaded and installed the VXDIAG software from the link we provided and used it successfully. However, during use, he had to manually set the connection to ensure proper communication with the device. -

Robert also successfully ran the Tech2 software on Windows 10 Pro. To ensure the software worked properly, he set the "compatibility" settings to "Windows 7" and turned off all antivirus software and Windows Defender. However, after installing the ACDelco SPS software, Robert found that the Tech2win software stopped working. He speculated that this might be due to driver conflicts or other compatibility issues between the software.

VXDIAG engineers proposed the following solution: If you encounter driver conflicts or other compatibility issues, you can consider setting up a dual-boot system. Install a 32-bit Windows 7 operating system on one hard drive and use it exclusively for running Tech2win software. The other hard drive can continue running Windows 10 or any other operating system.
