Problem:

When using VXDIAG VCX nano for GM with GM Techline Connect SPS2 for ECM programming, I encountered the error: "UEH101:null." This error appears when trying to access TLC. Has anyone experienced this issue?

Solution 1:

Some users have resolved this issue by completely uninstalling and reinstalling all the software components related to GM Techline Connect. The software involves around 15-20 different components, so you will need to go to Add or Remove Programs and uninstall all related items before reinstalling.

Solution 2:

Another solution came from tech support. After 3 hours of troubleshooting, they suggested the problem might be related to the user's computer. The user was originally using Google Chrome to sign in to TDS, but after switching to Microsoft Edge, the issue was resolved. Everything has been working fine since then.
