Customer Issue:
The customer purchased the VXDIAG SE for BENZ device and obtained the 2024.09 version of Xentry. However, when attempting to install the software, they were unable to open it successfully, encountering an error. An image of the error message is attached.


Solution:
After reviewing the issue, the VXDIAG official support team found that the user installed the software in the wrong directory during the download process.
To resolve this, the software needs to be moved to the C drive and placed in the correct directory. Once relocated, Xentry can be opened successfully.
