We can confirm that the device supports the Diagbox software. Could you please first download the VX Manager software, and then install the PSA driver inside it? This will allow the software to recognize the device and the vehicle model.

Very vood installation instructions, so far so good, will be using it for our Nissan Leaf fleet :-)
