I work at a small repair shop, and I have to say VXDIAG really saved me today:
I had a 2011 Ford Mondeo 1.6L showing a problem with the Comfort Control Module. The dashboard displayed: trunk open, driver door open, driver rear door open, passenger door open, rear passenger door open, ESP disabled, engine system fault. I tried another brand scanner, but it didnt detect all doors and the trunk being closed, and I got a not connected error when attempting adjustments.

I switched to the VXDIAG FD device, installed VX Manager drivers, and tried again. This time, it was easy to find the issue! The problem was in the CAN bus inside the cabin, under the driver-side sill, plus the BCM was faulty. Finally solved it. Huge thanks to VXDIAG!
I want to share my diagnostic experience: A customer ran out of AdBlue and drove until all the mileage was used up. After he parked and refilled AdBlue, the car wouldn‘’t start again. I have Autel, Launch, Clip 234, and the original SM2, but none of them could reset the immobilizer. Later, I realized the VXDIAG device supports the official diagnostic software. Since I work at a Renault dealership and have a subscription account, I was able to complete all the operations. Super helpful!
Dashboard showed code 89.
Diagnostics showed P0089.
The fan wouldn‘’t work.
This car had been in an accident, and the turbo wasn’t working. VXDIAG Nano really helped me solve the problem I was stuck with. Big thanks to VXDIAG.
My car:
Mercedes X166 GL 350 CDI 4Matic (2014)
Model: EDC17CP46 TriCore 1797
Suddenly wouldn‘’t start, starter wouldn‘’t turn. The diagnostic program showed errors in ABS, SRS, SIM, and other units, indicating no connection to the ECU. The VXDIAG device made it really easy to figure out what was wrong. Highly recommend this tool.
I cleared the ABS codes on my 2012 Audi Q7 with the SE VW device, and everything went smoothly!
