SE for Benz shows the warning message: "No access authorization code! Please contact the User Help Desk." How can this be resolved?
I suggest that you read any and all of the instructions given to you. Once you do that, it works every time flawlessly. I had some issues because I missed some key information and misconfigured. But once it works, it works and works extremely well. I was over ELM327 and any other scanners. All the functions I needed were only capable with this device. I have wasted so much time and money when this device would have saved me all of that. I recommend it.
It do t work for me, software want install keep stating virus detected

If you are unable to install the software, please contact us via Support@vxdiag.com and provide screenshots of the issue, so that we can better determine the root cause.
Regarding the virus detection you mentioned, we have clearly stated on our product details page that the offline version of the software may trigger a false positive virus alert. If you have security concerns, you may obtain an online subscription account for the software on your own, which will resolve this issue.
