VXDIAG Benz C6 and VCX SE DoIP have updated the Benz driver and VCI firmware to support the Xentry 2024.09 software. Below are the steps to update the VXDIAG VCX VCI firmware and driver, and then connect to Xentry 2024.09.
Procedure:
1. Update Firmware
Connect VXDIAG VCX SE Benz or Benz C6 VCI to your laptop.
- Run VX Manager
- Go to the "Device" tab
- Click "Update Firmware"
- VX Manager detects a new version 1.9.6.0, press "Upgrade" and update the VCI firmware until the process is complete.
2. Update License
- Update the license via VX Manager.
3. Update Benz C6 Driver
- Go to the "Diagnostic" tab
- Select Benz C6 driver
- Uninstall the old C6 driver
- Install the new C6 driver
- Disconnect the VCX SE from the laptop, then reconnect it.
VXDIAG VCX SE VCI is now connected, and you can use the Xentry 2024.09 software.
