How to Fix No Network Connection Issue with VXDIAG VCX for JLR SDD

Problem:

Installed VXDIAG VCX for JLR SDD V164 software and ran SDD, but failed to connect to the vehicle. The software shows a "no network connection" error. Any solution?

Solution:

In this case, you need to run the SDD software from the offline patch (available on the desktop) and fill in the dealer information.

First, run the JLR SDD Offline patch (the version without the date in the file name), launch the SDD software, and then close it.
Then, run the JLR SDD Offline patch (the version with the date in the file name) to open the SDD software again.

Steps:

Open the SDD software, go to Settings, and complete the dealer information (this step is required to use the SDD software).

Select the country, city, and dealer name.

Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory, but you can enter any random value.
