I hate it because I can’t access the account

The software subscription account must be paid directly to the official provider. We are unable to provide this service, and you will need to obtain it by yourself.

This company is a scam have been trying to contact for two week all they send you is a plastic shell thy won’t send any software which is what is actually needed id look for a more legit route
