All the interfaces have worked for me.
I was able to get this running on windows 10 pro. I only installed the vxdiag software and the tech2win software. What I did do was use a USB 2.0 cable for the laptop instead of it running on the laptops USB 3.0 ports. The laptop only has 3.0 ports. The cable forces the USB port to run in 2.0 mode. I hooked it up to my 2004 GM van and have access to everything including the live view.

I have a VCI mini cable ant Techstream for a long time. We have a Prius gen2 for many many years and recently I have bought Rav4 VX40, Issua was with TPMS sensors - I couldn't add them, because it got always stuck with "ID registration failed due to a communication error with the ECU." I've tried all possible things and read many forums. Inn one of them, I found post from a guy who bought this diagnostic cable and he solved his problems. I bought it too and it worked like a charm.
The only issue, is that cable was sent from China, not from warehouse in European Union. The package traveled from 28th of August to 13th of May, from China to Lithuanian pickup station, and order was placed on the 26th of August

We are doing our best to shorten delivery times. However, since this device was temporarily out of stock in our EU warehouse, we shipped it from China. Formal customs clearance takes approximately 7–9 working days, which caused a delay in delivery.
