On September 8, 2024, a customer encountered a connection failure while attempting to connect the VXDIAG VCX FD VCI via DoNET (5GHz). Photos were attached for reference:
It is important to note that VXDIAG only supports 2.4GHz DoNET remote connections and does not recognize 5GHz connections.
The customer switched to another phone that supports 2.4GHz, and the connection worked successfully.
