Troubleshooting VXDIAG VCX SE JLR DoIP Module Reading Issues

Problem:

The VXDIAG VCX SE for JLR DoIP device can only read the VIN and vehicle information of the 2017 Range Rover L494, but it cannot access/scan any modules. Any suggestions?

Solution:

VXDIAG VCX SE Unable to Read JLR DoIP Module 3

Turn on the JLR DoIP switch.

If VX Manager detects the device but the DoIP configuration shows nothing, restart the computer, disconnect the VCX SE device for a few minutes, then reconnect the device, turn on the DoIP switch, and try again.

If the DoIP switch still does not work, there may be an issue with the DoIP module. Please contact your seller to check if your VCX SE device needs repair.
