The customer purchased the SE Benz device and is using the Xentry offline version 03.2021 but encountered the 870 error. How to fix it?

Hello. I don't know where else to turn. I bought the VXDIAG VCX NANO WiFi for GM. I need the software, but no one is responding.
Working great. A bit easier to install than competitors due to VX’s own drivers and software. I was able to access hybrid data. Works on Windows 11 Pro.
I received the tool, I installed the software, but it didn't work for volvo. It connect to the car, but no parameters downloaded. I see only the voltage and the online green sign. As I had read it need one more software from volvo to be installed. I sent an email to supllier to solve the problem, but I didn't receive any answer. So I bought a thing which it doesn;t work.
Great and affordable tool, managed to solve a problem using the OEM software. Had problems to make it work but the VXDIAG guys help me with a remote session and everything goes fine.
