Feedback: I have installed VX Manager (VX Management Software). Regretfully, when I connected the device, the Windows (system) prompted "The device cannot work properly".
Error: "USB device not recognized"
Solution: There is an issue with the cable. Just replace it with another one.

I was actually able to bleed brakes on my 2012 prius without it constantly failing like with cheaper cables. On the 1st trycompletely worth every penny spent!
