If had know this will only work with xentry installed i would never have bought it. I don't have xentty and don't want it. I only use dts monaco snd vediamo. so this was a total waste of money. Never could get it to work.
I wrote an email asking for support as there is no software to connect to my car and haven't heard back in several weeks
