This system does not provide any consistent result so far using Tech2Win. I have followed all the steps, vx manager recognizes the device ok. It connects to the car (2005 GMC Yukon) as evidenced by status lights. however it randomly shows "lost communication with vehicle". Very frustrating

Everything is a described and tool works flawlessly. Item was packed securely and shipping time was pretty good. Best of all they have excellent customer service and communication unlike some companies. Questions were answered promptly and any issues I had were resolved quickly with no hassle. Additionally, the diagnostic software included free with the device is an offline version. This version only supports basic diagnostics and some special functions, and cannot be used for online programming operations. These functional limitations are primarily due to the 'offline' nature of the software. If you wish to access advanced features, we recommend obtaining an online subscription account for the software separately. Our device is fully compatible with official online software.
