1. Question: Can this device work with W463 models (2002 - 2011, like G500 and G55AMG for the American market)?
Answer: Hello, it only supports OBD2 cars from 2005 onwards.
2. Question: Does it support trucks/24V? Specifically DAS trucks like AXOR, ACTROS, and ATEGO from 2006-2012?
Answer: We don't recommend it for trucks, as it's mainly designed for passenger cars.
3. Question: The description mentions it doesn’t support older models like 210, 203, and 220 with K-Line communication. Does it support the W211 model from 2002 to 2004?
Answer: This device only supports cars from 2005 and newer. It won’t work with models before 2004.
4. Question: I have a laptop with Xentry DAS that I was using with a Star C4 multiplexer. Now I want to buy the AllScanner VXDIAG Benz. Will it work with my PC or do I need a separate license?
Answer: Sorry, the C4 software is an openshell version and is not compatible with the VXDIAG Benz device.
5. Question: I’ve purchased your Benz VCI and it’s working well. Could you let me know when the next version of the VCI firmware will be released?
Answer: Hello, the new software version is coming soon. We’ll notify you as soon as there’s any update.
6. Question: Do you have a scanner that supports the ASG Sequentronic transmission? My car is a 2001 W203 sport coupe.
Answer: Sorry, we don’t have any devices or software that support 2001 models.
7. Question: Will this device be compatible with future versions of Xentry?
Answer: Yes, it will continue to be updated and will remain compatible with future Xentry versions. Our software has already been updated to the 2024 version.
8. Question: Can the VXDIAG VCX C6 for Benz connect to new models like W223, W206, and W257? Will it work with future models as well?
Answer: The C6 device supports new models, but for some vehicles, you’ll need the original Xentry online system for certain operations.
9. Question: What are the differences between VXDIAG for Benz and MB SD C4/C5 Clone?
Answer: 1. VXDIAG firmware can be updated online, while MB SD C4/C5 does not support online updates. 2. VXDIAG allows adding software licenses for other car brands (such as Techstream, SSM III, HDS, IDS, GDS2, etc.), but MB SD C4/C5 does not have this feature. 3. VXDIAG has both a standard LAN port and a USB port (installed as virtual LAN port 1087), and it can also create its own Wi-Fi network. Compared to SDconnect C4's ad-hoc Wi-Fi method, VXDIAG is better. The computer just needs to detect the Wi-Fi and connect automatically, with IP addresses being handled by the device’s DHCP. 4. VXDIAG requires no extra configuration and is ready to use right out of the box, making it simpler and more convenient. 5. VXDIAG uses the VCI toolkit from XENTRY, unlike SDconnect and eCom which use the older toolkit system.
It works flawlessly on newer DoIP models like the Benz W205, W213, BMW F30, and the latest Range Rovers. Compared to Autel, VXDIAG kills it when it comes to compatibility with newer cars!

Five stars
Got it. Not sure about the performance yet, but the customer service is awesome. I think we'll keep in touch, no problem. Five stars for both the product and the customer service!
Im happy with my product. I purchased the DIAG VCX-NANO for (Nissan) specifically for my 2016 Infiniti QX80. I was able to run an idle volume relearn procedure executed very smoothly and now it idles exactly where it should be. Also replaced ride height sensor and the air compressor myself. Without the VCX nano and consult 3+ I would not have been able to run and execute the procedures to clear, adjust, and set standardride height with a little common sense a little guidance and it’s nice to have and if you have the money, buy a cheap refurbished laptop, dedicated to consult 3 plus
As a repair shop owner, I‘ve always been super picky when it comes to diagnostic tools. I’ve used Autel and Launch T420 before, but the VXDIAG VCX SE DoIP really blew me away! This thing supports an insane number of vehicle brands : Benz, BMW, GM, Ford, Toyota, Honda, Subaru, VW, Volvo, JLR (both SDD and DoIP), Porsche, Mazda, Nissan, Renault, PSA - basically every car we regularly see in the shop.
I bought the VXDIAG VCX SE BENZ and it's been rock solid! Especially with Xentry/DAS, it diagnoses Benz models from 2005 all the way to 2025 with ease. It handles DoIP on W222 and W223 perfectly. I used to struggle with SD C4 failing to connect to newer models, but VXDIAG nailed it.

Unbeatable Value
Compared to tools like the Autel Maxiflash at $1500, VXDIAG offers insane value. You get near-OEM level capability for a fraction of the price. Yes, you do need to install the right diagnostic software separately, but at this price point, it’s more than worth it.
