The customer purchased the SE Benz device and is using the Xentry offline version 03.2021 but encountered the 870 error. How to fix it?

la licence s'installe facilement sur le vcx se par contre je n ai pas réussi à faire fonctionner avec consult 3 plus la sonde n est pas reconnue. mais ce n'est pas un problème de licence. de ce fait je n ai pas pu tester.

Did not work with the techstream 18.00.008 software on either a 2003 LS430 or 2004 ES330. Haven't tried earlier techstream versions

The free software we provide is an offline version, so the vehicle model data package is not complete. A very small number of vehicle models may not be included in the diagnostic software's database.
Therefore, we also recommend that you try to obtain a Toyota online account for online diagnostics.
