I've tried everything and cannot get this device to work. Im using Surface Pro with Windos 11 Pro latest version. Car is 2004 Cadillac XLR. Please help?

Device did not work. Multiple emails to their support email were ignored. Trying to get an RMA for refund has been an impossible task as they do not reply.

I was actually able to bleed brakes on my 2012 prius without it constantly failing like with cheaper cables. On the 1st trycompletely worth every penny spent!
