Problem Description:
The user installed ODIS V23 and connected the VXDIAG VCX SE 6154 interface to the car. However, upon running ODIS and starting the diagnostic, an error occurred, resulting in a “vcx vw crash”.
Solution:
- Driver Issue: It appears there is an issue with the VX Manager driver, which may be corrupt.
- Reinstall VX Manager Driver: Please reinstall the VX Manager driver.
- Ensure 6154 Driver Installation: During installation, make sure the 6154 driver is correctly installed.
