        Answer: It’s compatible with the 12.2023 version, but it must be the XDOS version, not OpenShell. It can handle vehicles up to 2023, but for some newer models introduced after 2021, like the W223 and W167, you’ll need an original online Zenzefi certificate for online diagnostics.
        3. Question: Will the VXDIAG VCX SE work with a 2004 W211 that has a 16-pin OBD2 port using Xentry? I see that the 2004 W211 is supported by Xentry.
        Answer: Unfortunately, the VXDIAG SE doesn’t support the 2004 W211 model.

        Answer: Hi, sorry about that, but we don’t have that adapter. This device only works with Mercedes models from 2005 to 2021 via the OBD2 port.

        Answer: Hi there, Thanks for reaching out! The VCX SE for Benz DoIP doesn’t work well with trucks. It only supports some protocols and models, so it’s not really recommended for that. It’s much better suited for cars from 2005 to 2021.
        8. Question: How do I update the firmware for Xentry 2021.06?
        Answer: Hi, You can update the firmware through VX Manager. Just download the latest VX Manager, install it, and then update the firmware and license.         9. Question: Can I change the WiFi password and SSID?
        Answer: Hi, unfortunately, you can’t change the WiFi password or SSID.
        10. Question: Does this support the W206? It says up to 2021, but I don't see the W206 on the list, and it’s a 2021 model.
        Answer: Hi there, This device and software only support some models from 2021 onwards. For certain newer models like the W206, you’ll need an online certificate to use all features.

        It works as the original Xentry program with all function!

        We are dealing with boats normally but in our company we only drive Mercedes also private. I have a Mercedes E320 W211 which I have retrofitted a stationary heater and it needed coding! Didn't want to pay Mercedes to code it so looked for a tester that could do the job. This was a successful purchase and came quickly to Denmark. I have by now only tried the tester for my own W211 and it can read all information and code all control module it works as the original Xentry program with all function! Thanks

        I suggest just using it with the wired USB connection

        I have had a VCX SE for a while, using it with DTS 8 and 9, as well as Xentry PassThru and OpenShell (separate installs). It works really well and is fast. If you switch between PassThru and OpenShell, you need to switch the interface of the device (in the supplied VCX Manager), but other than that, it's been flawless on my end. I have used it in Wifi mode, however, that has been a little flaky, so I suggest just using it with the wired USB connection, if possible.

        It is very good, but..

        It is very good the only thing that could improve is the issue of temperature because if it heats up it does not communicate with the vehicle.
