I am satisfied with the hardware, but I’ve had the device for three weeks now and still haven't received the download link for the software; I’ve contacted support three times, but still nothing.
Won’t down load gm data I can’t get to to work.
Works well after setup, which is a little bit complicated.
Wifi as well as usb connection drops out after 5 minutes.
Not super reliable, but gets the job done.
