I purchased the VCX SE 13 in 1 diagnostic tool from vxdiag.com after careful consideration and research. When I tried to connect two Toyota vehicles—a 2023 Toyota Tundra and a 2015 Toyota RAV4—I found that the device could not automatically identify the models. I have attached some photos of the issues below.

This raised concerns for me, particularly regarding the compatibility of the new Tundra. To resolve the issue quickly, I contacted VXDIAG customer service. Their response was very prompt, and after a thorough inquiry, the representative suggested that I select the correct region in the software settings.
Following their advice, I accessed the settings menu and chose “North America” as the region. After saving the changes, I attempted to connect again. This time, the device successfully recognized the models and proceeded with the diagnostics. I look forward to its continued performance in the future. If necessary, I will provide updates on my experience, and I hope VXDIAG won’t let me down!
