I've been using the VXDIAG Nano for GM USB version for about two months now. Overall, I've had a great experience with it; it accurately diagnoses vehicle issues, especially with engine codes and transmission problems. However, after two months, I ran into a hiccup—my authorization expired, and I couldn’t use the device anymore.
I was a bit confused at first, not sure what to do. So, I decided to check the VXDIAG website and went to the “Support Center.” After browsing through some FAQs, I found out I just needed to update my license. Following the instructions, I simply clicked on “Update Authorization,” and boom, the issue was resolved.
It was super quick and easy! I’m really impressed with how smoothly everything went and how responsive their support system is. Overall, I’m very happy with the product and the service.
