It does not work. Support non-existent. Complete failure.

It does not work. It cannot communicate with any system in the 2005 Lexus SC430. It messed up my car's calibration. Complete mess. In addition, the support is nonexistent. I sent numerous emails to them - no reply. I went to the website and sent messages/emails from the website - no reply. The company is at the bottom of the barrel. Complete failure.
