Customers reported that the VXDIAG NANO VW WIFI device is too large to plug directly into the OBD port of Skoda Octavia A5 (2012).
Note:
All VXDIAG devices come with a universal OBD connector. This issue is caused by the limited space around the vehicle’s OBD port, rather than a connector mismatch.
Solution:
Purchase an OBD extension cable. Connect one end to the vehicle’s OBD port and the other end to the device—this will easily resolve the space constraint issue.
