Will not connect to GTS+ software, continuously get Cannot connect to VIM errors, no phone number to call customer service, ai chat is absolutely useless, would not recommend buying ANYTHING from this website. PERIOD.

It works well, but it's a little unsettling that it has malware embedded in the software.
