Problem:
Failed to update VXDIAG VCX SE Benz license. Error: Update License failed. Retry. Error info 4003. Received invalid data from server. Any solution?
Solution:
Please temporarily switch your computer's network to a mobile phone hotspot, then click "Firmware Update" and "License Update".
If still have this error using WiFi hotspot, send device S/N to vxdiag.com engineer to check your license status manually.
Then change another wifi hotspot, update VCI firmware and then update license.
