VXDIAG Volvo Missing VIDAMonitor File Solution

Problem:

Got the VXDIAG VCX SE Pro 3 in 1 with Volvo license. When installing the patch for VIDA 2014D, it said VidaMonitor file was not found.

Error: “Windows can’t find the C:/VIDA/VIDAMonitor file. Make sure the name is spelled correctly and try again.” Any idea.

Solution:

This error indicates that the VIDA 2014D software is not installed properly.
Disable anti-virus program.

Reinstall VIDA software.
