Fix Mazda Patch Installation Failure: "Failed. Please Try Again"

Problem Description:

Our customer purchased the VXDIAG VCX Nano for Ford/Mazda from our website, but when installing the Mazda patch, the error message "Failed. Please try again" appears, and it redirects to a page asking for the "Dealer Code" and "Dealer Type."

Solution:

  1. In the "Dealer Type" selection, choose Mazda.

    In the "Dealer Type" selection, choose Mazda.


  2. In the "Dealer Code" field, you can enter any number. Make sure to fill it in quickly.
  3. Disable the antivirus software, as it might interfere with the patch installation process.
  4. In the sections where you choose the vehicle model and country, make sure to perform these actions quickly to avoid installation failure due to delays.

By following these steps, the "Failed. Please try again" issue should be resolved, and the patch installation should proceed successfully.
