客戶最近購買了 賓士VXDIAG SE 設備，且設備連接成功。獲得 2024.09 版本的 Xentry 軟體，他們能夠正常開啟軟體，但無法進行診斷。附上該問題的圖片。
解決方案：
VXDIAG官方支援團隊審查案例後發現，客戶的車輛是新款賓士206。
要對此模型進行診斷， 需要 Zenzefi 證書。
一旦獲得證書，問題就成功解決了。

The free software we provide is an offline version, so the vehicle model data package is not complete. A very small number of vehicle models may not be included in the diagnostic software's database.
Therefore, we also recommend that you try to obtain a Toyota online account for online diagnostics.
