No easy install. When paying for it there shoud be sendt the newest software for the specfic car. To the mail adr right away. Support is slow responsive.

If you need any help with installation or setup, our support team is always happy to assist. Regarding the software, not every customer needs the offline version, so we don’t automatically send it with every order. As noted on the product page, customers who need offline software can contact our support team, and we’ll provide the appropriate download information.
