Customer Issue:
The customer attempted to diagnose a 2009 Volvo XC70 using the VXDIAG Nano for Volvo device and VIDA 2015D software. While the device was recognized in the software, it failed to establish a connection with the vehicle.

Our Response:
Currently, the VXDIAG Volvo device only supports VIDA 2014D and is not compatible with VIDA 2015D. Although the device can be detected, communication cannot be established due to software version incompatibility.
Solution:
- Please switch to VIDA 2014D to ensure proper operation of the device.
