Problem:
After connecting vxdiag vcx nano Ford scanner with a Focus 2010, run IDS 130 from desktop, it will not communicate with car and show blue screen. Any solution?

Solution:
First, check the user's computer to see if it is running a Home edition or a virtual machine. The diagnostic software does not support Home editions or virtual machines. In this case, the operating system is not a problem:
Second, check whether the computer has sufficient memory. It shows around 8GB, so the configuration and memory are not an issue.
Later, we found that the user did not open IDS through the provided patch:
Don’t run IDS from desktop IDS icon.
Please always run IDS from patch !!!
