客户最近购买了 奔驰VXDIAG SE 设备已连接到车辆，并且设备已成功连接。获取 2024.09 版本的 Xentry 软件，他们能够正常打开软件，但无法进行诊断。问题图片已附上。
解决方案：
VXDIAG官方支持团队审查该案例后发现，客户的车辆是新款奔驰206。
要对此模型进行诊断， 需要 Zenzefi 证书。
一旦获得证书，问题就成功解决了。

The free software we provide is an offline version, so the vehicle model data package is not complete. A very small number of vehicle models may not be included in the diagnostic software's database.
Therefore, we also recommend that you try to obtain a Toyota online account for online diagnostics.
