Simply awesome nothing else to say!
Very very difficult to get running for my laptop, and connecting to the Volvo. Overall, not terrible. But the instructions are absolutely terrible. Do a better job. If you are selling this for english speaking audience, then make videos and instructions easy to understand in english language.

Had to pay tax at the customers

Regarding the tax payment, we usually arrange for the carrier to pay the customs duties on your behalf. However, your package was likely selected for a random customs inspection, which made it impossible for the carrier to provide this duty-paid service. This is why you were required to settle the tax payment directly with the customs office.
That said, you can send the relevant payment documents (such as the tax payment receipt and proof of payment) to our support email at support@vxdiag.com. Once we verify the documents, we will process the corresponding refund for you promptly.

I have not been able to use it yet. I am not able to download the software. Where do I find technical suport?
