Customer Issue:
The customer recently purchased the VXDIAG SE for BENZ device for their vehicle, and the device connected successfully. After obtaining the 2024.09 version of Xentry software, they were able to open the software normally but were unable to perform diagnostics. An image of the issue is attached.
Solution:
After reviewing the case, the VXDIAG official support team found that the customer's vehicle is a new model Mercedes-Benz 206.
To perform diagnostics on this model, a Zenzefi certificate is required.
Once the certificate was obtained, the issue was successfully resolved.
